Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@auto360.ae.

Note: Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@auto360.ae

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
